5. Site visits are charged at $2.00 per mile.

Prices

​

The following are minimum prices based on square footage, fees are based on total design time with an hourly rate of $130.00 per hour.

​

1. Less than 2000 SQ FT starting at $2,200.00

2. 2000-2500 SQ FT starting at $2,500.00

3. 2500-3000 SQ FT starting at $3,000.00

4. Topographic survey- $350

5. Project Stakeout- $350

6. Site Plan- $450 flat fee for site plan for any stock plans purchased, this does not include any customized changes made to stock plans. Stock plans that you wish to customize, will be charged at a minimum of $130/hour for all changes.

Note: Remodel or addition plans may incur additional costs due to required site visits and creation of as-built drawings.
